Jen is a castaway on Survivor: Dearborn 1, Survivor: Dearborn - Heroes, vs Villains, and Survivor: Grand Rapids - Fresh Meat.

Jen began her Survivor career pulling the purple buff in Season 1. Like most of the cast, Jen did not know what she was getting herself into. However, she found herself on the winning Purple Tribe. When the tribe lost their first challenge, Jen was the sacrificial lamb and helped vote herself out of the game.

Jen returned for Season 4 as a Villain, vowing to redeem her game from Season 1. Jen entered the game reconnecting with her former Purple Tribe members Matt, Alyssa, and Sean and remained a number for the Upperclassmen Alliance. After attending their first tribal in Round 3, tensions were brewing at the Villains camp. Once they lost their second challenge, the Cameron Godin led the Underclassmen Alliance to claim their first victim, blindsiding Jen and the upperclassmen alliance in a 5-3-3 vote and ending Jen's Survivor: Dearborn story.

In 2022, Jen's story reopened returning one more time on the west side of the state for Survivor: Grand Rapids - Fresh Meat. Jen entered the game with a secret - her sister Bridget would also be playing the game with her. But she was determined to play her own game and make her mark. 

​

From the beginning Jen was viewed as a leader figure on the Ionia tribe, immediately giving challenge advice. While Ionia was hitting a winning streak, Jen was forging alliances. She pitched a girls alliance with Juliana, Hannah, and Zoe, a travelers alliance with Mark, a Dearborn alliance with Brendan, and a discreet alliance with Ryan. At the last challenge of the day, Jen won immunity with Zoe and worked to blindside Taylor S. before Hannah volunteered.

On Day 2, Jen was swapped to the New Cascade team and held a majority 5-3 former Ionia member to former Cascade members. Her alliance with Ryan was strengthened, but people were starting to catch on. When Cascade lost, Jen's name was on the chopping block along with Liam, Ryan, and Taylor's as a scapegoat. Jen managed to pin a majority vote on Taylor, but it was evident her and Ryan together was a threat.

At the merge, Jen was able to reconnect with her sister Bridget who shared New Ionia's plan to blindside Ryan. Still trying to hold her alliance together, Jen leaked the information to Ryan who ended up winning individual immunity that round. Jen's name was still on the block. Liam was pushing Jen's name to weaken Ryan, while Taylor D. and Addison did not trust her. Liam was sent home, but Jen was far from safe

The next round the merged tribe was divided into two teams with the winning team being completely immune at tribal. Jen's team lost, meaning herself, Ryan, Addison, Tom, Juliana, and Sydney were on the chopping block. Spencer devised a plan to flush both Ryan and Addison's idols, with Jen going home. Amongst the chaos of organizing the split vote, Jen rallied support to ignore the idols and completely target Tom. Tom returned the fire and recruited votes to target Jen. At tribal, Addison played his idol and Ryan held his. Tom received three votes and Jen received four, being betrayed by her supposed number one Ryan. Jen did make the jury and cemented her legacy in the series with a redemption story for the record books.
