Peyton is a castaway on Survivor: Dearborn - Season 1, and Survivor; Dearborn - Fans vs Favorites.

Peyton was one of the last cast members to sign onto Season 1, but still came to play. He was a strong advocate for the Green Tribe and after finding an idol, he vocally let his tribe know he was using it for them. At the merge, Peyton felt he could swing the Underclassmen to vote with their Green Tribe and was partially successful until Anthony Raona played an idol nullifying the votes cast for him. The next round Peyton and the Green Tribe tried to rally the votes to again target the Purple Tribe. However, this time they stuck together and voted Peyton out in a 6-3-1 vote, putting him in 10th place.

In 2017, Peyton returned for Fans vs Favorites as a Favorite. He found himself aligning with the Upperclassmen alliance and shared an idol clue with tribe leader Matt Orischak. However the game quickly turned after Matt was blindsided by Cameron Godin and Anthony Raona's first power play of the season. The tribes then had their first merge and Peyton tried to warn the fans of the power dynamic shift on the Favorites. But no one believed him and he was targeted at the first tribal council. He managed to survive a 8-7-1 split vote, sending Mikey Divis home - but he far from safe. The next round he won individual immunity, making a deal with Carly Divis. Soon after the castaways were swapped back into tribes, with Peyton being placed on the New Fans tribe. Despite the Favorites number advantage, Cam knew about Peyton trying to flip the fans and voted him out in a 6-1 vote, putting him in 14th place.
